Student Council Membership Process:

To become an official member in student council, one must attend three general meetings and attend one student council event. The attendance of the three meetings must occur within a five week span, thus we can make sure that we have established official members within the first month of school. In order to remain an active member, one must keep attending meetings regularly, and will lose the title of being a member after four unexcused absences. Despite these requirements to become an active member, the council is open for anyone to join at any time during the year, as every student should have the opportunity to have a voice in the school, which is what student council is all about.
