Fall Play: Noises Off

dates: Sept 11-12 @ 7pm; Sept 13 @ 1pm & 7pm

Noises Off is a play within a play consisting of doors and sardines. The show takes place both onstage and backstage, with a rotating set and a cast prepared for any scenario. Get a glimpse at what theatre is all about!

Haunted House: Haunted Hotel: Paranormal Activity

Come experience our student-led haunted house! Join us for a horrifying mix of special effects, thrilling scenes, and a night of terror for friends and family.  Prepare to be scared!

Thespian Convention

Thespian Convention is where 15 groups compete in a variety of categories, including monologue, duo-scene, group-scene, solo song, duo song, group song, solo dance, group dance, and improv. Enjoy the variety show and wish our Thespians good luck!

Cabaret: No day but Today

Students in the Musical Theatre class perform songs of their choice to fit within the theme. See some beautiful singers, and some even more exciting theatre classics!

HAYA Musical: Pippin

dates: Jan 23-24 @ 7pm; Jan 25 @ 1pm & 7pm

The HAYA musical is our competition piece, and this year we chose Pippin, the story of a young performer learning about the way of the world and how to exist in it. A night of intrigue and storytelling awaits you!

UIL OAP: The Bad Seed

dates: March 6-7 @ 6pm

UIL OAP is when we compete against other schools. The play must last no more than 40 minutes with a 7-minute setup and strike. This year, we are competing with the dramatic play The Bad Seed, in which a little girl goes insane and begins killing her friends and family. Support your school by cheering us on at the competition!

JV UIL: Wild Strawberries

dates: March 6-7 @ 6pm

JV UIL is the non-comp one act play. Both of the UILs are performed on the same day with dinner inbetween. Wild Strawberries is about the travels of life and acceptance, learning to appreciate life as it is. Support your school by coming to see both our JV UIL and UIL OAP teams perform!

Spring Musical: Footloose

Each year, the students in the Musical Theatre class perform a student-directed show on the CPHS cafeteria stage. This year's musical is about high school rebellion, dance-offs, and growing up. Enjoy a night of amazing dancing and singing!
