Collect, Organize & Display Data

Overall Expectation:

• Students will collect & organize categorical, discrete or continuous primary data and secondary data and display the data using charts & graphs, including relative frequency tables and circle graphs.

• Students will be able to design and conduct a survey.

• Students will be able to select and create an appropriate graph to represent a set of data.

• select an appropriate type of graph to represent a set of data;
• create a variety of types of graphs using a variety of strategies and tools;
• distinguish between primary and secondary data.
