Waiakea High School Counseling Center is located on the top floor of A-Building. Freshman may walk in or make an appointment to see their counselor, Mr. Adrel Vicente (A-205).

Pōki’i - Freshman Mentoring Program

Any interested freshmen may participate in the mentoring program to assist them in their transition into high school. Freshmen “mentees” meet regularly with upperclassmen “mentors” on campus to discuss topics of interest and provide peer support. For more information, please contact Mr. Vicente.

Freshmen are encouraged to take advantage of free tutoring, computer lab access, supplies, and printing services in rooms Q-103 and Q-104 before, during, and after school hours.
