Meet Your Teacher

I love being a mom, taking photos, traveling, reading on the beach, stargazing, and talking story around the fire pit. 

I went to Waialua High School and graduated in 2000.  I was a band geek and I love to watch and support Bulldog Football!  My favorite subjects there were History and English Literature.

I received my degree in Elementary Education in 2004 from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  I taught at a couple of private schools before focusing on homeschooling my two boys.  After having my third child, I returned to work as a recess supervisor, classroom aide, and ELL tutor. I've been so grateful to be a part of the Waialua Elementary community since 2019.

I want to encourage my students to be life-long learners and explorers of this great wide world we live in.
