How to schedule an appointment:
Please fill out the Google Form below at least 2 school days before your requested meeting date.
Your College Counselor will send you a confirmation email with the best date/time to meet.
After you receive your confirmation email, please come to the College & Career Center (A4) to pick up your pass.
**Note: Students must be logged into their DOE Google Account in order to access the meeting request form**
