I’m Mrs. Naylor, and I’m blessed to serve as the Behavior Intervention Teacher, School Counselor, PBIS Lead, 504 Coordinator and Leadership team member here at Pōmaikaʻi Elementary School.
This year marks 9 wonderful years at Pōmaikaʻi, 16 years with the Hawaiʻi DOE, and over 21 years supporting keiki with disabilities and behavioral needs. My heart has always been in this work in helping children feel seen, supported, and successful.
Outside of school, I’m a wife to a behavior health therapist, proud mom to three energetic, fun-loving keiki, and dog mama to one lively pup. I find peace tending my yard, joy at the beach, and renewal in nature whenever I can.
I truly love the life I live and the work I do. I believe in the power of small acts done with big hearts. Through connection, aloha, and care, we can create lasting change for our students.
Mahalo nui loa for visiting — I look forward to supporting you and our keiki this school year!

Also, the group provides a safe and confidential place to discuss feelings and concerns.
If you are interested in having your child newly participate or be a part of the group again, discuss this with him/her first, then, please sign and return the consent form to your child’s teacher.
