Verizon Hotspot Recall Support
Important information on the recall of Verizon Hotspots
The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall notification for Ellipsis Jetpack mobile hotspots from Verizon. These are the same mobile hotspots that were centrally ordered and distributed to HIDOE schools for distance learning.
Info Sheet - Parents.pdfPlease do not return school-issued hotspots directly to Verizon or to Verizon stores. HIDOE is working with Verizon on a replacement plan for these hotspots and will provide more information as it becomes available.
