About Mrs. Kalei

My name is Kalei Keenan and I am thrilled to be your student teacher this year. This is my final year at UH Mānoa, where I am studying to be an elementary teacher. I have always enjoyed working with children and sparking their curiosity to wonder. As your student teacher I am looking forward to creating a supportive, safe, and engaging learning environment, where you will be valued and cared for. I look forward to meeting each and everyone of you soon!

ABOUT ME

I grew up on the windward side of O’ahu, but currently live in Hawaiʻi Kai with my husband Zack, my daughter Kuʻumanu (10), and my son Fox (7). I enjoy spending time with my family, swimming at Makapuʻu, cooking, and raising chickens, 6 to be exact.
