Incoming 9th Graders (Current 8th Graders) can take 1 of the following:
-PEP1005 PE Lifetime FITNESS 1/2 credit & PEP1010 PE Lifetime ACTIVITIES 1/2 credit.
Student may take only one session if unable to take both session. 1 full credit of PE is required for Graduation.
-Modern History of Hawaii 1/2 credit & Participation In Democracy 1/2 credit
-Foundations of Creative Media (CTE Course)*
-Foundations of Agriculture (CTE Course)*
*Starting with the Class of 2030, students may enroll in only one CTE course per school year. Therefore, if a student takes Foundations of Culinary or Foundations of Creative Media, they CANNOT take another CTE course during the 2026–2027 school year.
Incoming 10th Graders (Current 9th Graders) can take:
HLE1000 Health Today & Tomorrow 1/2 credit
Health will be offered in session 1 and session 2. Student only needs to take Health Today & Tomorrow in one semester NOT BOTH. If Health Today & Tomorrow is selected in both sessions, student will be kept in the session that has more seats available.
Foundations of Agriculture and Foundations of Creative Media will also be available to any MHS student who has not yet taken a CTE (Career and Technical Education) Foundation Course.
All other courses are Remedial. Students can only register if they need to retake the course. See 2026 Summer School Information for courses offered.

November 6, 2025, 9am Online - Current Mililani High and Mililani Middle School Students
April 1, 2026, 9am Online - Registration will be opened to all students, but is limited to space availability.
Registration Deadline: May 28, 2026
The tuition for this year's Summer School for current DOE STUDENTS is still being finalized and will be announced at a later time. While we await the state's official rate, please note that tuition has been approximately $200 in past years. Once the final amount is confirmed, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to make your payment. If tuition is required, summer school registration won't be complete until payment is received.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
Students are expected to be in attendance everyday of the sessions. All courses are in-person.
1 absence (excused or unexcused) will be allowed for a semester course and 2 absences will be allowed for a year course.
3 tardies will equal 1 absence.
Students arriving at school after 8:45am or leave school before 12:15 pm will be considered absent.
3 early dismissals (between 12:15 and 1:00 pm) equals 1 absence.
Students who exceed the allowable number of absences will be dismissed from the course.
