Courses

To become a recognized "completer" at graduation, students must pass both Foundations of Health Services and Advanced Health Services.

To earn the opportunity to complete a (PBA) Performance Based Assessment which awards students a CTE recognition certificate at graduation, students must become a "concentrator" which means a specialized course is taken and the PBA is completed with a proficient score.

By completing a level 2 specialized course, students will likely be prepared for entry level work based on certification or training opportunities.  Currently, the program offers college credits and certifications through UHMC.

All 4th year students complete the program with at the very least these certifications:  CPR/1st Aide, HIPAA, Seizure Training, and BLS.
