2026-2027 Application Documents

All application documents must be submitted by MARCH 1st.

Space is limited. First-come,  first-served.

UH Maui College Application - Kamaaina Short Application - https://kamaaina.hawaii.edu 

• New to the early college program - If you plan to take an early college course, please complete this step immediately. It will take a few weeks to be accepted and receive your UH ID number. You need this ID# to take your EdReady Diagnostic Exam.

• If you have taken an early college course before, SKIP THIS STEP.

Lahainaluna Early College Application (Google Form) - https://forms.gle/EvjKyPWs3jH1uJ8P6 

• Everyone must complete the Lahainaluna Early College Application.

UH Maui College Early Admit Application - https://www.hawaii.edu/dualcredit/ 

• Students must print and sign the Confirmation Page and return or email the signed form to Miss Kristy.

  • You do not need to get a principal's signature; Miss Kristy will get that for you. 

• If you are emailing the paper to Miss Kristy, please make sure you are in a well-lighted area and all the words are in focus. UH Maui College will not accept blurry scans. 

LHS Early College Agreement  - Please click on the correct agreement form. Sign and return/email.

• Consent Agreement for 8th Graders

• Consent Agreement for Current Degree Students

• Consent Agreement for Current High School Students NOT in the Degree Program

Get UH Username - https://hawaii.edu/username/ 

• You must have already applied using the Kamaaina Short Application 

• Once accepted to UH Maui College, you will receive a UH ID# in your acceptance email from Maui College

• You must use the UH ID# to create your UH Username

EdReady Diagnostic Exam - You need your UH ID# to take the Diagnostic Exam

• To take the diagnostic exam, click here.

• If you have already taken the EdReady, you do not need to take it again, unless you took the English EdReady for another college course and now you want to take college Math. You need to take the Math EdReady.

Interview - In-person interviews will be scheduled in March.

• Once all documents have been submitted, students must contact Miss Kristy Arakawa to schedule an interview. kristy.arakawa@k12.hi.us
