KMS Sean Petrie Pre Visit Author Talk.mp4Our school has been gifted an author visit by Sean Petrie because we are one of the top schools for Beanstack Minutes logged!
Sean Petrie is an author known for his typewriter poems and pet poems. The Gr. 6 classes and Gr. 8 (Hung) were selected to hear the author since they had the highest Beanstack participation in the 2024-2025 school year.
The following is a tentative schedule that the teachers involved approved of in April:
11:30: Author will arrive at KMS, sign in at the office, and head to the library.
11:49-12:52: Author eats Lunch with Bibliotechies
1:00: Session 1 - Hoffman, Yamamura
1:40: Session 2 - Shigeta, Hung
2:15 - 2:45 pm: Book signing for students and faculty/staff
