To request an official transcript, complete the Transcript Request Form. Parent/guardian signature is required for students the age of 18.  Forms are also available at the Registrar's Office. There is a $1.00 fee for each transcript. Once the Transcript Request Form and payment are received, we will process your transcript. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. 

If you have NOT picked up your diploma, please stop by the Registrarʻs Office with a valid government issued ID (driverʻs license, passport, state ID, etc.) to pick it up. Original student diplomas may only be picked up by the student or parent/guardian.

We do not provide duplicates or copies of diplomas. Once the original diploma is awarded, individuals can request a copy of their high school transcript that reflects the graduation date, diploma number, and type of diploma (High School Diploma, Certificate of Completion, etc.) as verification of high school graduation.
