One Robot To Teach Them All (Slides)
Participants learned how they could program the finch robots from K-12 using different programming languages.
For example, participants programmed the finch to move using icon based FinchBlox for the younger elementary school then moved to block based programming such as SNAP! and Makecode for upper elementary and middle school. We even had one participant try python using the Brython.
As a finale, participants used the finch robot to draw shapes and letters using one of the programming languages and learned how the finch could be integrated in other subjects and activities.
