Please do not return hard copies. Please make a copy of the document, fill, and email to krystal.sato@kalaheohigh.k12.hi.us with subject line: StudentName SY 25.26 NHS Application. Please include screenshots or scans of any accompanying documentation if getting actual signatures is not possible.
Parent signatures are not an appropriate substitute for supervising adult signatures. Activities with parent signatures will count as zero points.
The application window is open October 13-24, 2025.
Applications due October 24, 2025 by 8 am. Fill out application form based on point system. Advised to apply sophomore or junior year, not senior. Freshman interested in joining advised to begin community service hours ASAP.
