How to Borrow
Student ID required.
Circulation period is three weeks. There are no fines, but you will be restricted from borrowing library materials and participating in extra curricular activities until your materials are returned.
All materials may be borrowed except for reference books.
Computer Lab Policies (Library & CCC)
Rules:
A school ID and a current signed TRUF form is required for computer use
Students may print up to 5 pages from the computers for school related assignments
The Library and CCC are places for study and research, thus appropriate behavior is expected at all times
No emailing, chatting, playing video games, or listening to music (except for school related use)
Food, drinks and gum are not allowed by the computers
All Chapter 19 and school rules apply
To Reserve the Computers:
The labs are a shared resource on campus that must be available for school-wide use, thus:
Please call ahead to reserve labs
Confirm that your students have submitted an TRUF form and provide an alternate assignment for students who do not have their signed TRUF form
Obtain prior approval to use the computers if a substitute will be accompanying your class
Sending Student(s) During Instructional Time:
Please call before sending students to ensure that computers are available
A maximum of five (5) students at a time may be sent unaccompanied by their teacher
Students sent should be able to independently work on assignments for the current class they are in
A student must have an “On Campus Pass” (one student per pass)
A student returning should have his/her original “On Campus Pass.” One of the Library/CCC staff will sign it and fill in the “Time Arrived” and “Time Left” section.
