My plans for sustainable culinary business could be carried on and completed starting with economics, the effects of society and the impact to the environment.
I hope that by engaging in these lessons, teachers and students find deeper connection to the land and thereby learn and feel the comfort and peace that nature gives us when we find our way home. With this deeper, innate connection, they will be inspired to act to keep the earth a safe place to live.

The hope is that students would learn the cycling of nutrients in an ecosystem in which a self-sustainable campus turns mulch into soil, eliminating the need to buy off-island soil.
