The Virtual Learning Center (VLC) seeks to provide virtual solutions to educational problems by providing any student with any class at any time.  In recognizing that some schools may have difficulty providing instruction for students who are suspended for 45 days or longer, the Virtual Learning Center is offering the following service, the State Distance Learning STRIVE Program.  

This provides schools with a virtual learning option for students on long-term suspension and extenuating circumstances.
