Invited to apply for NJHS? 

NJHS Letters for students who applied by the November 9 due date will receive a letter whether or not they are accepted into NJHS. 

Letters will be given to the advisory teacher on December 19, 2023 (Tuesday).

If accepted into NJHS, official induction day will be May 9, 2024 Thursday and is mandatory.  Induction Ceremony will be 5p-6p.

*This is for newly inducted for SY2324 and current NJHS members.

Community service of 80 hours and meetings will still be mandatory once notified of acceptance into the NJHS.

Basic Requirements of an NJHS Member:

• Minimum GPA of 3.5

• Fulfill at the least 80 hours of community service yearly

• Leadership Role

• Participates in Extracurricular Activities

• Highest standards of ethical and moral behavior

• Commit to meetings with NJHS members

October 18, 2024 - November 8, 2024

Updated NJHS application for SY2425 will be posted on the site October 18, 2024

Emails to eligible students will be sent out October 18, 2024. Any applications submitted by any student will be reviewed by the Faculty Council.
