Clever Login Issues
Please make sure you are signing in at this link: https://clever.com/in/hawaii.
If your login screen is not like the image to the right, please click "Not your district?" Type in "Ewa Makai" and select the option that has "Hawaii Dept of Education."
Infinite Campus Login Issues
Login is not working:
Be sure you are using this login page for parents and students: https://hawaii.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/hawaii.jspCan't remember your IC password:
Please ask your counselor to reset it. They can also reset parent passwords.You will be given a temp password to use and IC should make you create a new password of your own choosing.

Chromebook Login Issues
Double Check your login info for typos
EMMS Chromebooks only accept ewamakai.net (student) and k12.hi.us (staff) accounts. Be sure you are using your correctly spelled email address and 8-digit numerical password.Check that login page says "managed by ewamakai.net". If it doesn't, contact Tech Team for instructions to re-enroll the chromebook.
Black Screen, Won't Boot
Plug chromebook into wall outlet.
Hold power button for 10 full seconds.
Release power button and wait 3 seconds.
Press power button once. If it still doesn't boot, let it charge for 1 hour and try again, or contact Tech.
Chrome OS is Damaged or Missing
If that is what the error message says, contact Tech.
You will need to bring in the chromebook so we can run an OS repair.
Webpage Stopped Working (Clearing Cache)
Sometimes a webpage or link used to work, but suddenly stopped.
Try refreshing the page (press the circle arrow button on top left of the Chrome window or on the top row of keyboard.
Try clearing cache using the slides -->
You can also try updating Chrome (see below).
