Enrollment Process

In order to begin the enrollment process, please review all information on this website.  When you are ready, please read, complete, and return the enrollment form below.  

You can email a signed copy to 216earlycollege@k12.hi.us or return the physical copy to the front office.  If you turn in the physical copy to the front office, please request that they place it in Jeni Miyahira's box.
