Nicole Yamase is a PhD candidate in the UH Mānoa Marine Biology Graduate Program and the first Pacific Islander to reach the Challenger Deep. Her research interests include algal biology, ecophysiology of tropical reef algae, and global change on Pacific Island communities.
Amy has developed and managed content for NOAA’s Data in the Classroom program since 2015. She is also a full time teacher of Biology and Environmental Science for high school students in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Seth works to connect educators from around the country to high-quality interdisciplinary workshops and resources on climate change education and climate justice. Seth is originally from Minnesota, but has been an educator in North Carolina, Tennessee, Alaska, and Ukraine.
