TMG0302 - CAREER & TECHNICAL EDUCATION

Future Health Science Professionals Elective (7th/8th Grade):  This course is designed to prepare students for potential careers in the medical field by focusing on medical career readiness and employability skills. This course also incorporates practical medical mathematics for real-world applications and promotes a holistic understanding of various health professions. Additionally, students will explore healthy lifestyle practices, health awareness, and advocacy to foster a comprehensive understanding of personal and community well-being. Entering a HOSA competition is optional for each student, but the preparation for a competition category is part of the main curriculum.
