Diana Rendina
Diana Rendina, MLIS, is the teacher librarian at Tampa Preparatory School, an independent 6-12 school in Florida. Previously, she was the media specialist at Stewart Middle Magnet School where she transformed their library and piloted their makerspace program.
Diana has received several awards including the 2016 International Society for Technology in Education Outstanding Young Educator Award and the 2015 American Association of School Librarians Frances Henne award. She coauthored Challenge-Based Learning in the School Library Makerspace and is the author of Reimagining Library Spaces: Transform Your Space on Any Budget.

Sean Petrie
Sean Petrie is an award-winning author, poet, and professor. As a founder of the poetry troupe Typewriter Rodeo, Sean has written over 20,000 poems for people all over the country, at events ranging from Willie Nelson's annual music festival to the Smithsonian Museum, from celebrities to accountants (not necessarily mutually exclusive!), ages 1 to 100. He has taught hundreds of poetry and writing workshops at schools and libraries, does weekly radio poems for Austin's NPR station, and occasionally does poetry-music stage shows (the last one was with former Go-Go's guitarist Kathy Valentine).
His books for children include Pet Poems (also not just pets) and its companion workbook, Pet Poems Plus (Burlwood), the Jett Ryder adventure-history series (North Star), various books for Fountas & Pinnell, and the forthcoming poetry collection, Universe at the Tips of Your Toes (Burlwood). His adult poetry books include Typewriter Rodeo: Real People, Real Stories, Custom Poems (Andrews McMeel), the Seattle-based collection, Listen to the Trees (Documentary Media), and an essay in the forthcoming anthology, Spinning Toward the Sun: Essays on Writing, Resilience, and the Creative Life.
Sean has an MFA in Writing for Children from Vermont College, a law degree from Stanford, and with the other side of his brain teaches legal writing at the University of Texas School of Law. He owns way too many typewriters and lives in Austin, Texas, with his dog, Margo.
