What is Broadcasting Club?
Hornet TV is operated by the Juniata Valley High School Broadcasting Club. Broadcasting Club is a student-driven extra-curricular activity that utilizes a wide variety of skills including filming, photography, announcing, editing, art, and design. The club is not only growing in its numbers but influencing other schools and their streaming services. The videos featured on this channel are student productions showcasing JVSD and striving to engage our community. Any donations made to Hornet TV/Broadcasting Club go directly and entirely to the club and are used to support the student members' learning experience. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to the club's co-advisors.
Broadcasting Clubs' Operational Guidelines for Hornet-TV
In order to ensure equitable coverage of both academic and athletic events taking place at the Juniata Valley School District. The Broadcast Club will utilize the following operational guidelines to govern the club with regard to streaming content.
