I am a licensed physical therapist with more than 26 years of combined clinical and teaching experience. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2020, building upon decades of hands-on experience in patient care and functional rehabilitation.
For the past 15 years, my clinical focus in the United States has been on caring for older adults across a wide range of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, memory care communities, independent living communities, and private homes.
Throughout my career, I have served as an on-call physical therapist for nearly 40 facilities throughout the St. Louis region. This experience has given me firsthand insight into the challenges older adults and their families face when a fall, hospitalization, sudden illness, or decline in function changes a person’s ability to live safely and independently.
Over the years, I have supported hundreds of older adults and their families during complex and emotional care transitions. I understand the uncertainty families experience when trying to determine whether a loved one can remain safely at home, what level of support is needed, or whether it may be time to consider assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing care.
My role is to provide clarity in these situations. Through a comprehensive consultation focused on mobility, balance, fall risk factors, functional abilities, home environment considerations, support systems, and overall care needs, I offer educational guidance and objective recommendations tailored to each family’s situation.
Drawing on more than two decades of clinical experience and deep knowledge of senior care resources throughout the St. Louis area, I help families understand their options, create a practical plan, and connect with trusted professionals and services when additional support is needed.
My goal is simple: to reduce confusion, stress, and burden for families by providing expert guidance, trusted resources, and a clear path forward—so they can make informed, confident decisions about the care of their loved one.
