Greeter training is one 2 hour session virtually or in person
Lunch and refreshments are provided

We offer additional in person and virtual testing sessions to support you through any exam questions.
The test is open notes and all resources
The test has no time limit- you can start and come back to it.
You can only retake the test once - please reach out if you're having trouble
