Cancellation Policy:
24-Hour Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to other clients.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 fee to cover preparation and travel.
Emergency Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen. Contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.
Refund Policy:
If a service is canceled in accordance with our 24-hour notice policy, you are eligible for a full refund if payment has already been made.
If a cleaning has already been completed, refunds are not available; however, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our service, please reach out, and we will work with you to make it right.
