CMS After-School Sports Classes

Coach Brad Crescioni: JPLEX Coach for Classes @ CMS!
Junction Place Sportsplex and Cathedral Montessori School have again agreed to a partnership in which Junction Place Sportsplex will provide after-school sports programming at CMS. Sessions will be broken into (4)- week periods of once a week instruction and game-play in specific sports for most students 3 yrs and up.
Spring 2024 will see (2) Class Offerings:
Simply Soccer: Thursdays 2:45- 3:30 PM: Open to CMS students 3-5 yrs and who have a 2:45 PM School Dismissal Time
Speed & Sports: Thursdays 3:30-4:15 PM: Open to all CMS students 5+ yrs and who have 3:15 PM Dismissal Students
Registration for each six-week program is $70

Spring 2024 2:45 PM Dismissal Students Ages 3-5: Simply Soccer Each class session will see a focus on movement, the basic skills and concepts of soccer, the introduction of teamwork and gameplay. The goals are to establish a love of soccer for each participant, a joy of being part of a team and an understanding that with enough practice all participants are capable of accomplishing anything they desire!
Thursday Afternoons:
First Day of Class: Thursday, March 28, 2024
Class Time: 2:45-3:30 PM
Classes will meet for a total of (4) Sessions
NO CLASS on April 4/ April 25
Last Day of Class: May 2 (however, make up dates in the event of cancellation would be May 2 & May 16)
Cost is $70
What Equipment Does Your Child Need?
In short- nothing! Your child will be able to participate in any CMS After School Sports class wearing just the shoes/clothes they go to school with! However.....
Snacks/Water - again, this is not a requirement for participation, however, if you would like to send your child with a light snack, you can!
Spring 2024 3:15 PM Dismissal Students Ages 5+: Speed & Sports is designed to see each class session focus on functional movement with an emphasis on speed and agility. In addition, each class will see instruction and gameplay in various sports that will rotate throughout the (4)-Session Program.
