Abstract should be submitted to the WET2025 Scientific Committee electronically.
*Abstract submission site will be open in Late March.
To prepare the abstract, please see and use the abstract instruction template (MS Word(R)).
150-200 words, Acknowledgements included if necessary
You are requested to type your abstract onto this template using the fonts, sizes and other formatting instructions given on that.
The deadline for the abstract submission is 24th April, 2025 (23:59 JST) → 8th May, 2025 (23:59 JST)
Once your presentation application has been received, you will receive an email titled "Receipt of Your Abstract to WET2025."
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.
If you still cannot find it, it is likely that your application was not registered, so please contact the secretariat (wet(a)jswe.or.jp). *please replace "(a)" with "@"
ABSTRACT REVIEWING
Each submission to WET2025 will be reviewed anonymously by reviewers based on their relevance, originality, technical content, and significance to a broad audience.
If your presentation is accepted, you will receive an email called "WET2025 Letter of acceptance." Only those who receive this email by the deadline can make a presentation.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
Papers submitted to JWET will be subjected to the normal peer-review process.
Abstracts and papers of a purely commercial nature will be rejected.
