CCC Library has many options for students to browse, such as:
Free e-books and audiobooks
Access to East Bay Times to stay updated on the latest news.
Access to Kanopy, a free movie-watching platform
and much more!
However, most resources provided by CCC Library require a library card.
Step 1:
Click link here: https://ccclib.org/
At the Library homepage, click the "Services" tab at the top.
Then, under "Accounts", click "Get a Library Card".
Step 2:
At the next page, you will have two options: apply for an eCard and apply for a Full-Service card (physical card). eCards give access to a limited amount of resources, Full-Service cards allow more access.
For a regular eCard, click "eCard Registration".
For a Full-Service card, also click "eCard Registration".
Step 3:
For both cards, fill out the eCard form. After all done, click "Accept" at the bottom.
Step 4:
After submitting your application, you will be sent an email confirmation with your new eCard information. If you only want an eCard, you are all done!
However, if you want a Full-Service card, complete the following steps:
Once you receive the eCard confirmation, email CCC library staff at librarycard@library.cccounty.us
In the email, include your name, library card number, and phone number.
Staff will contact you for further information.
Your Full-Service card will be mailed to you!
