Anxiety & depression affect so many of us every day! Spiraling thoughts, racing heartbeat, inability to sleep-these are just a few examples of how our anxiety gets in the way of our enjoyment! Both increase our stress level & prevent us from having healthy relationships with others. Julie  not only has extensive experience working with people who deal with mood disorders, but also those who have pregnancy, post-partum issues, and parenting concerns. 

Think of it: if our mind has us focused on the past or the future, how can we enjoy the present? We will work to identify your source of stress, devise goals & plan personal, achievable ways that you can get control over your thoughts, instead of your thoughts controlling you

Julie holds both her Master of Arts and Educational Specialist degrees in Counseling Services from Rider University in New Jersey. She has been counseling since 2005 and in private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania since 2009.
