OUTSIDE GUEST FORMS

Go to the Student Life office 2-3 weeks before the dance to obtain your outside guest form. This form is not available online and must be picked up in-person. 

Outside guests may be brought to the following dances: 

• Homecoming 

• Winter Formal

• Junior Formal

• Senior Prom
