DRESS CODE AGREEMENT FORMS

OUTSIDE GUEST FORMS

If you wish to bring an outside guest you must fill out an outside guest form. This form must be picked up and turned in to the Student Life office by the student bringing the guest. It is not available online. The dates for when the forms will become available and be due will be posted on the specific dance's page. 

Outside guests may be brought to the following dances: 

• Homecoming 

• Winter Formal

• Junior Formal

• Senior Prom
