Record Thinking - Keynote

The Idea:

Getting students to verbalize their thinking while solving a problem or describing the steps in a process is a great way to get content into their long-term memory.

The Tutorial and Sample:

Jason uses Keynote to solve a math problem and the audio component to explain his thinking.

Your Task:

Create a keynote slide with an area where you write and describe (with a voice recording) the answer to this holiday brain-teaser:

"If it takes 5 leprechauns 5 minutes to find 5 pots of gold, how long would it take 100 leprechauns to find 100 pots of gold?"

Watch the video at this station to learn how to add a voice recording. Use Keynote and a stylus to solve the problem. Make sure to add a voice recording to share your thinking.

Share your creation at the Showcase Table!
