All teachers can create a teacher page in Clever for each class as well as create a recurring meeting students can join each day. Directions can be found here

All JPS employees can use the "Sign In" button on the official JPS Zoom page found at https://jackson-k12-ms.zoom.us. If you have not logged in before you will be required to verify your account using your jpsms.org email address. All JPS users will use their jpsms.org account to use Zoom!
Teachers and staff can use Zoom and create other meetings that can include staff members, parents, or other people that are not in Clever. However, EVERYONE must use their Zoom dashboard to add external people to a meeting! Users must create a new meeting and uncheck the box that forces meeting particpants to login to Clever.
Non-JPS educational Zoom accounts shall no longer be used by any JPS staff member.
You can add multiple alternative hosts by separating addresses with a comma. Be sure to use the jpsms.org accounts.
Alternative hosts should check their Gmail (jpsms.org account) to find the link to start the meeting for you.

You have 50GB and cannot request more or add more storage. Require those who are absent to watch recordings by a specific date, create a form for them to sign off that they have watched it, then you can delete the recordings after the deadline. This will help you free your storage space.
