Clever Support

Clever is a platform for K12 schools that provides the ability for students to sign on once and be able to access digital learning material that has been provided by the instructors.  It ensures that all students can log in quickly and securely which will result in more classroom time being available for learning. In addition, district leaders can easily secure and authenticate accounts, monitor implementation, and view report all in one place.

What if I can't login to Clever?

Make sure you can log in to your jpsms.org account.  If you cannot log in to jpsms.org, reset your password using the Rapid Identity Portal.

If you still cannot get into Clever, contact your Clever School Tech Leader to verify that you are in Clever as a teacher.

How do I access apps in Clever?

The method to access apps in Clever can be different based on role in the district. This guide outlines how to log in to the most-used platforms for students, teachers, and school admins as well as how to receive support if there is an issue.

What if my students can't login to Clever?

Make sure they can login to their jpsms.org account.  If they cannot login to jpsms.org, contact the Google Student Password Resetter in your school to reset the student's password. For an immediate solution, teachers can troubleshoot student logins. Click here to learn more.

What if my students can't login to Clever and it's time for class to start?

Classroom teachers can generate an emergency code for students to login to Clever just for the day.  The student's password or other issue must be resolved as soon as possible so they will be able to get in later in the day if they need to do an assignment.

This video demonstrates how to use the student help code. This video can also be viewed in Frontline for credit.
