Online TIcketing 

Ticketing Reminders:

1. All tickets will be sold online through GoFans. If you have an Apple phone, I strongly encourage you to download the app. Android users will need to access the site through a web browser.

2. You need to have the un-redeemed ticket on your screen when you approach the ticket booth. This can be found in the app for iPhone users or on your GoFans account on the website for android users. Having the ticket pulled up will make the line go faster.

3. Screenshots and printouts of tickets will not be accepted.

4. If you purchased multiple tickets, but not all of your party is present when you enter the gate, you will need to transfer the un-used tickets to the person coming later. The GoFans site walks you through this process.

5. If you did not purchase your ticket in advance, we will have a QR code you can scan with your phone at the gate and then follow the procedures above.

6. When you reach the ticket taker, the ticket taker will need to use your phone to redeem your ticket and will hand your phone right back to you.

Security measures

1. All spectators are required to go through a metal detector prior to entering the stadium, gym, field, etc.

2. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the stadium or Haynes gym. This includes tumblers, fast food, water bottles, etc.

3. Clear bags are allowed. No decor can conceal any part of the bag.

4.Small clutch bags are allowed as long as they do not exceed 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches.

5. All bags will be searched prior to entry.

6. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: coolers, non-clear diaper bags, backpacks, drawstring bags, computer bags, camera bags, and any bag larger than the permissible size.

7. Alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs are strictly forbidden.

8. Once you leave the stadium or gym, there is no re-entry. No refunds will be given for spectators that leave the game early and are not allowed back in. This means if you go through the ticket line and have your ticket redeemed, but then a prohibited item is found in your possession, like a Yeti tumbler, at the security check, your options will be to throw the item away or leave the game with no refund.
