Reporters and staff from television, radio, newspapers, magazines, or other media outlets.
Individuals who have a concrete plan to publish articles or content based on coverage of the JpGU Meeting (subject to review by the JpGU office, including submission of a coverage plan or past media work).

If multiple individuals from the same company wish to attend, each person must register individually.
No registration fees apply for those covering the event.
Technical staff accompanying primary reporters (e.g., photographers) do not need to pre-register but should have the main reporter request name badges for all attendees at the reception.
Media attendees will have access to all oral presentation sessions, poster sessions, and exhibition areas, both online and in person. For seminars requiring individual registration, please check with the respective organizers. Entry details will be sent to registered participants by email.
The JpGU 2025 Conference's oral presentations and poster core time will be held in a hybrid format, using Zoom for online participation and in-person sessions at the venue.
