Enrollment Information for 2024-2025

POST LOTTERY APPLICATION for 2024-2025 LOTTERY

1. If there is an open space in the same grade that your child is seeking enrollment and no other

individuals are on the wait list for that open space, your child will be offered that space; or

2. If there are already individuals on the waiting list for the grade level that your child is seeking

enrollment, your child will be placed in the next wait list position for that grade level.

Completed applications can be submitted by:

1. Dropping off the Post Lottery Application" at the school; or

2. Emailing to info@jpaultayloracademy.org.

For emailed waiting list forms, it is the parent’s or guardian’s responsibility to ensure the

school has received the application.

SOLICITUD POST LOTERÍA para la lotería 2024-2025

1. Si hay un espacio abierto en el mismo grado que su hijo está buscando inscribirse y ningúna otra persona de la lista de espera toma ese espacio, a su hijo se le ofrecerá ese espacio; o

2. Si ya hay personas en la lista de espera para el nivel de grado que su hijo está buscando

inscribirse, su hijo será colocado en la siguiente posición de lista de espera para ese nivel de grado.

Las solicitudes completas pueden ser presentadas:

1. En la escuela; o

2. Por correo electrónico en info@jpaultayloracademy.org.

Para los formularios de lista de espera enviados por correo electrónico, es responsabilidad del padre o tutor asegurarse de que la escuela ha recibido la solicitud.
