The online assessment at J-P Network English Corp. serves as the initial screening stage. It includes filling out a form, checking teaching equipment and taking an English proficiency test to evaluate grammar, vocabulary, comprehension and pronunciation before proceeding to the group Zoom check.
STEP 2
The Group Zoom Check is a live session where applicants undergo screening, orientation, and technical checks, including audio-video verification, an introduction to the company and recruitment process, a review of the mock demo manual and tips for the final interview.
The 5-minute recorded mock demo is a simulated lesson using company-provided materials, where applicants teach as if in a real class. The manual, textbook, and guide are given by the recruitment team after the Group Zoom Check.
The final interview lasts 5 minutes and focuses only on personal information. Applicants should join the meeting link 5 minutes early, use the provided virtual background, and ensure they are in their designated work area with a plain background.
Detail Confirmation & Company Account Creation is where applicants’ information is verified and an official account is created for accessing schedules, materials, announcements, and performance records.
The Document Discussion is a one-hour session where the contract, penalties, rates, policies, and expectations are explained, giving applicants the chance to ask questions before signing.
Training at J-P Network English Corp. prepares applicants for online teaching by covering company policies, teaching methods, platform use and lesson materials. It includes mock sessions, trainer feedback, and strategies for handling different students to ensure readiness for actual classes.
The Orientation welcomes applicants and introduces the company’s background, culture, policies, and recruitment flow. It also covers teaching guidelines, platform use, and technical requirements to prepare applicants for training and teaching.
Onboarding is the final stage where successful applicants receive schedules, lesson materials, platform guidelines, and briefings on class procedures, reporting, and performance expectations to prepare them for actual teaching.
