Hi, I’m Erica! I'm a certified personal trainer, health coach, and lifelong mover.
I grew up playing soccer and volleyball, and I’ve been an athlete for more than 20 years. Movement has always been a part of my life, but what truly lights me up is helping others discover how empowering and joyful it can be for them, too.
I went to Georgia Tech and was an engineer and project manager for 8 years before I decided to leave the corporate world and move towards coaching. I earned my personal training certification and stepped fully into this line of work, and I’ve never looked back. Every day, I feel so grateful for the trust people place in me to help them build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with movement.
