1. What is your cancellation policy? 

   • Clients can cancel within 48 hours without being charged.

2. What insurances are accepted?

   • Currently I have been credentialed with:

     • Virginia Medicaid

     • Cigna Behavioral Health

     • Optima Health

     • Untied Healthcare (UHC)

     • Piedmont Community Health Plan

     • TRICARE Select

   • I am currently waiting for a few other insurance credentialing to be completed.

3. What is your cost for self-pay clients?

   • Clients with insurance that I am awaiting credentialing is $30-$50 per session (To accommodate for potential copays.)

   • Other costs $100/session.

4. What treatment modalities do you use?

My most frequent treatment modalities are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT),  Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Somatic Therapy.
