Correction and Retraction
PUSKAPSI Law Review strives to ensure that every published article contains accurate and accountable information. If errors or issues are discovered after an article is published, the editors will review the issue and determine the appropriate action.
1. Article Corrections
Corrections are made when errors are discovered in a published article, but these errors do not affect the overall validity of the research results. The correction will explain the corrected section and link it to the original article so that readers are aware of the changes made.
2. Article Retraction
An article may be retracted if serious issues are discovered that render its results or conclusions unreliable. This may include fundamental errors, falsification or fabrication of data, plagiarism, duplicate publication, or other serious violations.
Before making a decision, the editors will review the available evidence and, if possible, provide the author with an opportunity to provide an explanation.
3. Submissions and Follow-up
Authors or other parties who are aware of errors or issues in Elektriese articles can submit reports via email to puskapsi@unej.ac.id. Reports should include the article title or DOI, an explanation of the issues identified, and supporting evidence, if available.
Each report will be reviewed objectively by the editorial team. If necessary, the editors may request clarification from the author or consult with relevant parties before determining action.
Published corrections or retractions will be accompanied by an explanation of the reasons for the action and linked to the article in question. For retracted articles, their status will be clearly marked so that readers are aware that the article can no longer be used as a reliable source of research.
In handling these cases, Elektriese adheres to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines and prioritizes fairness, transparency, and integrity in scientific publications.
