Hey, y'all! I am Mrs. McBeath, and I teach 6th grade ELA (Reading) at Loflin Middle School. I graduated from Lamar University with my BS in Communications and a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership. This is my 7th year teaching, and my 6th year at Loflin. 

I grew up in Southeast Texas, but I have called North Texas home for the last 13 years. I've been married to my husband, Brodie, who also works for JISD, since 2015. We live in Joshua with our three kids, Landry, Kamryn, and Colton and our two dogs, Jojo and Stella. 

In my spare time, I love to READ, listen to audiobooks, dance, work in my garden, and spend any free moment I have at the beach and/or the lake. I can't wait to get to know each of you; We have such a fun year ahead of us!
