My name is Mrs. Bush, and I will be your child's 5th grade Math teacher this year. I am looking forward to a great year...we are going to enjoy many activities and lessons as we work to strengthen our mathematical skills and confidence levels.

I attended the Joshua School District from kindergarten through 12th grade. After graduating, I married my husband, Jody. We have been married for 34 years and have four amazing daughters. I always wanted to teach, and in 2006, was able to return to college to complete my teaching degree at Stephen F. Austin University. I started teaching 5th Grade Math at Plum Creek Elementary 15 years ago and am thankful for the opportunity to share in the learning of so many students. I am looking forward to many more years here at Plum Creek Elementary.

I am excited to share my love of learning and math with my students this year, and I hope to instill an abundance of self-confidence as well as a desire for life-long learning in each of them.
