Welcome 3rd graders! My name is Mrs. Blackburn, and I'm so excited and blessed to have you in my homeroom class this year. Prior to teaching 3rd grade I taught first, second, and fourth grade. 

I graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2008 and I also received a Master in Educational Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction. 

This year I'm teaching reading and social studies, and I'm very excited about the memories we will make this year.
