Welcome to Mr. Dean's World Geography Class!
I'm excited to guide you on a journey of global exploration. With ten years of teaching World Geography at NGC, I've had the privilege of inspiring countless students to discover the wonders of our planet. While my roots are firmly planted in the beautiful landscapes of Santa Fe, New Mexico, I've found a wonderful home in the Texas community. I look forward to sharing my passion for geography with you and creating a dynamic learning environment.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in History and a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces. My educational journey, spanning six years, has equipped me with a strong foundation for teaching World Geography. Outside of the classroom, I’m fortunate to share my life with my wife, Jacie, who is an Instructional Technologist here is Joshua ISD. Our family is deeply rooted in the Joshua community as our sons, James (5th grade) and Jacob (1st grade), also attend Plum Creek.
