Class overview
Business Management: Business Management (BM) involves the effective management of information resources to support business processes and decision-making. The class covers the principles of management, organizational behavior, strategic management, and entrepreneurship.
Statistics and Business Decision Making Management: This course explores how statistical tools and techniques are applied to real-world business decision-making. It focuses on data-driven approaches to solving problems and evaluating outcomes in uncertain business environments. Students will gain a solid foundation in descriptive and inferential statistics, learn how to interpret statistical findings, and apply those insights to strategic and operational business decisions.
Accounting: Learning the fundamental principles and concepts of accounting, providing students with the basic tools to understand and analyze financial information. Throughout the course, students may work with accounting software, practice recording transactions, and analyze real-world financial statements. The goal is to equip students with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary for interpreting and communicating financial information in a business context.

Hello, I'm Ms. Arman, and I am thrilled to be a part of Joshua ISD community as a Business teacher. With a background in accounting and a passion for equipping students with the skills needed for success in the business world, I bring a dynamic and practical approach to the classroom. My goal is to create an engaging learning environment where students not only grasp the fundamental principles of business and accounting but also understand their real-world applications. I believe in fostering a supportive space for curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking. Beyond the textbooks, I integrate industry examples and case studies to provide students with a comprehensive and relevant educational experience. I am committed to helping students develop not only the technical expertise in accounting but also the ethical mindset and analytical skills necessary for their future endeavors.
